Testing

Our Chinese testing equipment is custom-mad e f or EN124 :20 15 compliant manhole covers and frames. Our computer control system load can be applied up to 100 tons of pressure, the bed size is 1200X1200, various access covers and grilles can be tested on our equipment.

We will conduct a comprehensive inspection of each batch of prodcts to ensure that its manufacture meets the design requirements set by Avatar and meets the parameters and regulations of the corresponding standards. Bringing this process in-house for new product design is a huge advantage, as it allows us to make dynamic adjustments and modifications to perfect the product for optimal functionality and efficiency. Only when these stringent requirements are met, and after our rigorous testing is complete, the products are ready for mass production.
